Hook: streamer 2-6
Thread: red
Hackle: mallard feathers
Antenna: crystal flash holographic
Thorax: dark red ice dubbing
Eyes: 2 pieces from a beadchain
Extra weight: wire
Body: seal fur natural
1. Start with fastening the thread the hook and tie it to the barb of the hook
2. Tie in a mallard feather and make a tail right in front of the barb
3. Next step is to tie in the antenna, tie in one piece of crystal flash on both right and left side of the hook
4. Now you need to cut of two beads from a beadchain. Fasten the beads with " 8 wraps "
5. Put some varnish on the eyes to make the fly much stronger
6. Dub some red ice dubbing to the thread and take som turns in front of the beadeyes
7. Dub some natural sealfur to the thread and make some turns on the other side of the eyes.
7. If you want some extra weight you do this now, i prefere a thin wire
8. Tie in a new mallard feather, with the thinest part first. Make a new hackle and pull the fibres backwards.
9. Next thing you need to do is to dub some more sealfur to the thread and tie it in
10. Now you need to take another mallard feather and make a new hackle. Pull the fibres back and finish the fly with a knot that you prefere or use a whip finish tool.
11. Put on some varnish
12. FINISHED! enjoy the fly that catcj every seatrout!

Today Sander and I were fishing in Sandebukta! The day started with bad weather, rainy, but in the evening the sun appeared! Today Sander was fishing with lures and I was fishing with lures and flies... With muddy water and a lot of wind, the day ended with just some few pollocks and a seastar!
Trip to Majordammen
Today my bro Øystein and I were fishing in a little lake named Majordammen! With many different kinds of weather, all from sun to rain, the day ended up with no fish... But the most important thing with fishing is to have fun and explore new and beautiful nature, the fish is like a bonus! A long day in the bush, but still a great day... We took some beautiful pictures from the trip and tomorrow i will share more new stuff. Thanks for a good trip and many awesome images Øystein!

"Ørretfeber"
Today I woke up with my fly rod in the bed! I packed my fishing stuff early in the morning and drove on my scooter up to Bergsjø, a little lake near by... When i arrived I mounted my normal Abu Garcia rod with a Mepps Aglia Copper and my Guideline rod, with a my Guideline LA Reelmaster and a March brown! I took some few casts with my Abu rod and after a while I caught a little brownie. I changed to my fly rod because I am a fly fisher! So I took some speycasts into the clear water with my own designed March Brown! On the first throw I caught a cute little one. The day ended up with one trout on the spinner and twenty trouts on the March! I packed my stuff and headed back to the cabin and tied some saltwater flies that I have shared! Tomorrow I will catch some more trout and tie some more flies! All the fish were released and all the materials I used for the March Brown were bought at Noroco ..

Daily report!
Today my father and I were fishing at Saltnes in Norway! He used different sorts of lures from Rapala, Berkley and Sølvkroken! I prefered my style, fly fishing! Its not a fish you cant catch with a fly rod! So i throw some casts with my Ron Thompson rod and with the Sander Shrimp. After an hour I caught a 450gram seatrout, we fished for three hours and ended up with one landed seatrout and about 15-20 missed fish on our "catch and release hooks"... You should try the Børstemark and the Sander Shrimp, they are awesome! All my flies are tied by me and the materials are from Noroco! Tomorrow a new fishing day waits! I will try out some new trout flies and tye some new models!
